Return & Exchange Policy

At Ninja Mega Store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and in unused, resellable condition.

  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Shipping Fees for Returns

  • In case of a return, the customer will be responsible for both delivery and return shipping costs.

  • These fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Failed Delivery or Refused Orders

  • If an order is placed and the customer refuses delivery or fails to receive the shipment, the customer will be charged for the full shipping cost.
